Firm Profile
Personal Injury
Our firm has extensive experience representing individuals who have been injured in automobile accidents, slip-and-fall accidents, and dog bite incidents. Our small size allows us to give personal attention to each client, and we will always fight for the maximum value for your case, taking your case all the way to trial if necessary.
We only charge a fee on personal injury cases if we are successful in winning a settlement or judgment, in which case the fee is one-third of the total amount recovered.
Criminal Defense
Both attorneys are certified to accept public defender cases in the district courts of Suffolk County, and they deal frequently with OUI/DWI, domestic violence, drug crime, stalking, violation of restraining order, and firearm offense cases. Attorney Lowney also has experience in many courts outside of Suffolk County, as well as Superior Court. While no attorney can guarantee victory at trial, Attorney Lowney has an excellent track record and provides personal attention and advice to help you in your time of need.
You can feel confident that our firm will go the extra mile to get you the best result for you in your criminal defense case. Again, we are able to give personal attention to each client because of our small size. We charge a set fee for criminal cases, but the specific fee depends on the type of case. Please do not hesitate to call us if you are concerned about being able to afford an attorney. An initial consultation is always free.
Business Debt Collection
We represent businesses in the collection of outstanding bills, sending letters and filing small claims to recover monies owed to our clients. We are particularly experienced in the collection of outstanding medical bills, with a large hospital, as well as doctors, physical therapists, and dentists as clients. However, we are equipped to handle all types of debt, with specialized computer software, as well as knowledge of the legal avenues available for collecting debt. We file over 1,000 small claims per year.
Our firm is aware that individuals who owe you money may also be your clients, so we always treat debtors with respect and avoid acting in any way that could be perceived as harassing. Debt collection cases are taken on a contingency fee basis, so you pay nothing unless we are successful in collecting the debt.
